The Gaia flat can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two small children. It has a double bedroom overlooking the terrace with sea views, a small living-dining room with sofa-bed, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The highlight of the flat is the terrace with sea views and a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The Letizia penthouse is located in the Villa Letizia Residence just a short distance from the beach in Recanati. The penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with WC and washbasin), a living room with kitchen and a large sea-view terrace furnished with armchairs, table and sofa.

The Giulia apartment is located just a few steps from the access to Recanati beach and is an ideal choice for families or small groups of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 4 adults.

The apartment features a double bedroom, a bright dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a double sofa bed. A bathroom with shower completes the interior spaces.
